Upcoming paintings 2023-2025

HAVE YOU EVER DREAMED OF BEING A PART OF ONE OF THE MIRACLES OF JESUS CHRIST?

 

The artist seeks families and individuals to participate in several stunning painting projects scheduled for 2023, 2024, and 2025. Here are the details of this unique opportunity:

  • Participants must pre-purchase a copy of the painting (a high-quality 35x24 inch canvas for $690) to cover the project's production.
  • The cost includes painting a person or a married couple.
  • (Optional) $250 per additional person (relatives, parents, siblings, pets, etc.).
  • (Optional) $350 per person who has passed away.

     

    PAYMENT PLANS & DISCOUNTS

    • Choose a payment plan as long as the total balance is completed before the photoshoot.
    • Get a 10% discount if the payment is made upfront.

       

      You don't need to pose! The artist will do a photo shoot if you are local (Utah) or use photos you send if you live outside of Utah. It will be a priceless depiction of your family for generations.

       

      July 2023 - “Who hath ears to hear, let him hear”. 

      Jesus heals a deaf, It depicts one of the well-known miracles in the Bible; its powerful message reminds us to open our ears to listen beyond what we hear to understand heaven's mysteries. Mark 7:31-37.

       

        

      Dec 2023 - "Little girl, I say to you, get up!

      Raising of Jairus' daughter (Mark 5:21-43)

      When Jesus had again crossed over by boat to the other side of the lake, a large crowd gathered around him while he was by the lake. Then one of the synagogue leaders, named Jairus, came, and when he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet. He pleaded earnestly with him, “My little daughter is dying. Please come and put your hands on her so that she will be healed and live.” So Jesus went with him ….  He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!” (which means “Little girl, I say to you, get up!”). Immediately the girl stood up and began to walk around (she was twelve years old). At this they were completely astonished.

       

       

      March 2024 - "Young man, I say to you, get up!"  

      Jesus raises a widow's son from the dead in Nain (luke 7:11-17)

      Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him. As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out—the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, “Don’t cry.”

      Then he went up and touched the bier they were carrying him on, and the bearers stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!” The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.

      They were all filled with awe and praised God. “A great prophet has appeared among us,” they said. “God has come to help his people.” This news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding country.

       

       

      June 2024 - "Behold my Beloved Son.. hear ye him"

      Jesus Descends from Heaven to Visit the Americas (3 Nephi 11)

      And now it came to pass that there were a great multitude gathered together, of the people of Nephi, round about the temple which was in the land Bountiful; and they were marveling and wondering one with another, and were showing one to another the great and marvelous change which had taken place. And they were also conversing about this Jesus Christ, of whom the sign had been given concerning his death.

      And it came to pass that while they were thus conversing one with another, they heard a voice as if it came out of heaven; and they cast their eyes round about, for they understood not the voice which they heard; and it was not a harsh voice, neither was it a loud voice; nevertheless, and notwithstanding it being a small voice it did pierce them that did hear to the center, insomuch that there was no part of their frame that it did not cause to quake; yea, it did pierce them to the very soul, and did cause their hearts to burn.

      And it came to pass that again they heard the voice, and they understood it not. And again the third time they did hear the voice, and did open their ears to hear it; and their eyes were towards the sound thereof; and they did look steadfastly towards heaven, from whence the sound came. And behold, the third time they did understand the voice which they heard; and it said unto them: Behold my Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased, in whom I have glorified my name—hear ye him.

       

       

      Sept 2024 - "Go in peace and be freed from your suffering"  

      Jesus healing the bleeding woman Luke 8:43-48

      And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, Came behind him, and touched the border of his garment: and immediately her issue of blood stanched. And Jesus said, Who touched me? When all denied, Peter and they that were with him said, Master, the multitude throng thee and press thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?.

      And Jesus said, Somebody hath touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.

      And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him, she declared unto him before all the people for what cause she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.

      And he said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.

       

       

      Dec 2024 - "Rise and go your way; your faith has made you well"

      (Luke 17:11-19) Cleansing ten lepers.

      On the way to Jerusalem, he was passing along between Samaria and Galilee. And as he entered a village, he was met by ten lepers, who stood at a distance and lifted up their voices, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.” When he saw them he said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went they were cleansed. Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice; and he fell on his face at Jesus' feet, giving him thanks. Now he was a Samaritan. Then Jesus answered, “Were not ten cleansed? Where are the nine? Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?” And he said to him, “Rise and go your way; your faith has made you well.”

       

       

      March 2025 -  “Son, your sins are forgiven.” 

      The paralyzed man was healed  (Matthew 9:1-8; Mark 2:1-12; Luke 5:17-26)

      A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home. They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them. Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them. Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”

       

       

      June 2025 - "You are set free from your infirmity"

      Jesus Heals a Crippled Woman on the Sabbath (Luke 13:10-17)

      On a Sabbath, Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues, and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.” Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.

      "My wife Diane and I had the opportunity to be a part of John Zamudio's painting "Welcome Home". We were very excited to do this as we are both big fans of John's works. We sent John a few photographs of us together. We had a rough idea of what the painting would be, but neither of understood the impact we would feel as we opened the shipment of the finished print and saw ourselves depicted in such a beautiful setting, standing next to the Savior. It was humbling to imagine what it must really be like to stand next to Jesus Christ. John's painting carried such a spiritual feeling...so much so that we chose to place the painting in our bedroom as a reminder that we are on a constant quest to be close to the Savior.       When the idea of being in a painting with Christ was presented to me, I was overjoyed! You see paintings of Him all the time and often don't know anyone else in them, to be able to be those people there with Him was an amazing thought! So, we (my husband and I ) talked about it, and thought what an amazing treasure it would be in our home to have. John was great to work with and communicated all the details very well. We are more than pleased with the end result, the details and the colors in our painting are phenomenal. We have it as the center of our home and will cherish it forever.
